Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. You will be provided with shipping options and costs at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
  • Please note that these are estimated times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the link provided in the email.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:

  • We gladly ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that the address provided is correct and complete.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • All applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be billed separately if required.

Delivery Issues:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to assist with locating the package.
  • If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
